UI Design: LEGO account Family Management
Overview
While embedded in the LEGO account team, I supported the design process of the LEGO account Family Management experience, contributing to UI explorations and interaction flows across the platform. The work focused on creating intuitive and trustworthy experiences that emphasized digital safety, transparency, and guardian-controlled decision making. Through close collaboration with designers and stakeholders, the project aimed to ensure that guardians remained informed and in control of their child’s digital interactions and account permissions.
The feature direction was informed by prior research into how parents navigate and manage the digital lives of digital natives. Insights from this work helped shape the experience strategy and contributed to the development of parent archetype cards used throughout the design process (see related project, 'Archetype Cards for the LEGO Group').
